Ted talks

TED talks are a series of lectures held anually about a great variety of subjects, The lectures, also called TED Talks, cover a broad set of topics including science, arts and design, politics, education, culture, business, global issues, technology and development, and entertainment. For me, in raw words, a leader is someone capable of getting himself and his team/colleagues towards their established goals. Speaking more into it, a good leader is someone capable of listening and understanding his "team", doing things according to his fellows needs. YEAH.
